Cancellation & Refund Policy – OM Enterprises

Cancellation Policy

  1. Easy Cancellation Requests
    We offer a hassle-free cancellation process. You can place a cancellation request directly from your order panel. You may also email or call us to cancel your order.
  2. Convenience Fee on Buyer-Initiated Cancellations
    The convenience fee charged on an order is non-refundable if the cancellation is done by the customer.
    If OM Enterprises cancels the order from our end, the full amount will be refunded, including the convenience fee.
  3. Cancellation & Modification Charges
    • Before Shipping: 2% of the order value will be deducted if the buyer cancels the order before it is shipped.
    • After Shipping: 5% will be charged if the buyer cancels the order after the order has been shipped.
    • Order Modification:
      • Before shipping → No charges
      • After shipping → 3% modification charge
        These charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
        Refund will only be initiated once the returned product is received back in the same condition as shipped.
  4. No Charges for Seller-Initiated Cancellations
    The above charges apply only when the buyer initiates cancellation or modification.
    If OM Enterprises initiates cancellation for any reason, no charges will be applied.
  5. Products with Manufacturer Warranty
    For items that come with a manufacturer warranty, customers may be required to contact the respective service center for support. OM Enterprises aims to provide a smooth experience and follows a fair cancellation policy to support all buyers.

Return / Refund Policy

EMI Payment Deduction
For orders placed through Bajaj EMI or similar EMI providers, a 5% charge will be deducted from the total order value if the buyer cancels the order.

Eligible Return/Refund Cases
Return or refund requests are accepted only if:

  • The product arrives in a damaged condition
  • A wrong product has been delivered
  • The product is dead on arrival (DOA)
  • The product is defective
Buyers must report such issues within 3 days of delivery (and 7 days for full PC sets).
Notify us via email (preferred) or phone.

Gaming Chairs
For gaming chairs, only part replacement is applicable.
No full refunds are offered for gaming chair orders.

Opened Product Seal
If the product seal is opened and the product is not faulty, the return/refund request will not be accepted.

Missing Accessories
Return/refund requests will be cancelled if any accessory, cable, manual, or item from the original box is missing.

Keep Packaging Safe
Buyers must keep the product packaging until the return window closes.
Proper packaging ensures safe return transit.

Proper Packing for Return
Products must be repacked the same way as delivered.
Do NOT apply tape or glue on the product or box; doing so may lead to rejection of the return request.

Return of All Accessories
All included accessories must be returned in original condition along with the main product.

Refund Processing Time
Refunds for payments made through our payment gateway will be credited to the same payment method.
For bank transfer and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be sent only to the buyer’s bank account.
Refunds typically take 7–10 working days to reflect in your account.
